AMP Advantage

Dual Excellence: Our 2-year track starts in PGY-2 and offers approximately 70 hours of active learning, teaching and scholarly endeavor, equipping you with the necessary skills for a strong future in academic medicine as you continue to master your clinical expertise

Clinician-Educator Fusion: As an AMP resident, you'll develop and deliver lectures, lead inpatient teams, and mentor students, preparing you to blend clinical and educational roles

Mentoring and Leadership: Working alongside Baptist Health Sciences University, you will have the opportunity to mentor medical students and collaborate on scholarly projects and publications

Recognition and Certification: Upon AMP completion, you'll receive a Medical Education certificate, recognizing your commitment and contributions to our program

Professional Development: AMP residents attend journal clubs, engage in self-directed learning, and explore electives to ensure success as both residents and educators
