Gabrielle Chen, MD, MPH

Dr. Chen is a first-generation Chinese-Jamaican Canadian born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Attending the University of Western Ontario, she completed an Honor Specialization in Medical Sciences. She then obtained her Medical Doctorate at St. George’s University (SGU) School of Medicine and had the opportunity to experience her clinical years in Florida, New York, Michigan, and Ohio. After medical school, she was offered a full scholarship for a Master of Public Health at SGU and as the pandemic had just began worked as a Public Health Compliance Officer, later becoming a Physician Assistant at an Urgent Care Center in Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Chen has always been passionate in patient-centered medicine and delights in being at the forefront of delivering healthcare and improving patients’ quality of life. During her leisure time she loves new adventures which includes hiking, travelling, photography, cuisines, and the arts. Dr. Chen will be completing her residency training in 2027.
