Marina Najjar, MD

Dr. Marina Najjar was born and raised in Southern California. She received her B.S. in Pharmacology in Santa Barbara, CA, where she first learned about and started working in Street Medicine. After graduating, she continued to spend time working with unhoused individuals, and tutoring chemistry at the university. She then moved to Philadelphia for 6 years, during which time she received her medical degree from Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. Dr. Najjar plans to pursue a fellowship in Addiction Medicine and hopes to work in a medical practice that helps patients, including those with unstable housing, break down barriers of access to care. In her free time, she can be found hanging out with her dog, binging audiobooks, and attempting to learn new art skills.
