Mario Garcia, DO

Dr. Mario Garcia is a first-generation Cuban American who was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Dr. Garcia graduated from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, New York. He received an undergraduate degree from Florida International University in Political Science and a graduate degree from the University of South Florida in Medical Sciences. Dr. Garcia is passionate about community medical care and advocacy for patients in underrepresented and low-income communities. Dr. Garcia chose to come to Memphis for the barbecue and the large underserved communities. Dr. Garcia completed his residency training in 2024 and decided to stay on as core faculty. Dr. Garcia's interests include playing golf, mountain biking, or enjoying the outdoors with his wife and their golden doodle.
